I recently had my son's car serviced at this mechanic shop, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me understand what my car needed. They took the time to explain the issues clearly without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated! The work itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. My son's car is now running better and the pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise charges at the end. They even completed the repairs faster than initially estimated, which made the whole experience even better. They even picked up the car from my home and returned it after the repairs were completed at no additional charge! What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop has definitely earned my confidence. I’ll be returning for all future maintenance and repairs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

I truly want to take the time to really express how thankful I am for the entire staff and techs at Triple J Automotive West. The level of exceptional service and professionalism is beyond 5 stars! I came into the shop needing my A/C fixed as this was blowing hot air - had no idea where to start on where the problem was. As I mentioned the second through the front door - they were amazing to me. I have to express that I am a VERY hesitant person, especially when it comes to taking my car to a shop to get serviced when I try to avoid going to the actual dealer where I feel like ill be taken advantage of, so I came into this place with the same feeling because I am very tight on money at the moment. However, again, entire staff was amazing to me, kept everything open and honest with me, and notified me of anything that came up that needed addressed about my car. I can now say 2 days later, basically a day and a half, I have my car back and the A/C is blowing perfectly cold - I would say even better than when I first had it. Long story short and after $2400 I come to find out that the Evaporator Core was the problem. They offer financing and provide military discount which honestly saved me a fortune. I will definitely be using them as my go to for any car trouble. Friendly staff, very welcoming, and more importantly fully honest with me. That's why I am gladly providing a review out of my choice because of how amazing and thankful I am to have came across them on my google search. I know for a fact that I was going to pay a fortune going to the actual car dealer and I needed to drive long distance for this weekend so for them to have the car fixed before my drive date was just amazing to me. I'm not going to bullshit you, yes the shop is a small, but the way that family carries that business is honestly the best service that I have ever had on my vehicle WITHOUT any hidden fees. I truly felt like a family member and I cannot thank you enough!! You best believe that I have been driving with the A/C on blast, especially since I have never felt this level of cold from this car, haha. Also, my A/C is the newer type which required the R-1234yf, so if you know - this shit isn't cheap for the replacement cans or maintenance related, so that's why I praise them for truly giving me a great deal! If I could provide any level of comfort about this shop then I would most definitely take my word on this. They will take care of you!! I will be seeing you all again if any car trouble happens. And, I was able to replace that tire as you all kept urging me to replace for my safety! That's amazing service if you ask me. 10 Stars!!!!! Thank you to the Triple J Automotive Family!!!!! Truly!!! I lived in FL for 3 years. I drive a 350z. If I needed to oil changed or something fixed or looked at under the hood. I took my car to Triple J Automotive. They did fantastic with everything! Super nice people. I would recommend them every time!

I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 30 years, so my expectations are high and Triple J exceeded them. They are extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and serviced my Jeep exactly the way it should be done. No shortcuts, no upselling, just solid, skilled work. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can truly trust. If you’re looking for a team that knows what they’re doing and stands behind their work, Triple J Automotive is it. Highly recommend.

Misunderstandings between people are natural. Disagreements are part of being human. What truly matters is how those moments are handled. I am not even going to focus on aspects that could easily be criticized — such as the absurd and unreasonable pricing for something as simple as replacing brake pads. A business has the right to price its services however it chooses, and I have the right to disagree. That, in itself, does not affect me. What does affect me is how a person in charge of an establishment , someone who should take pride in their business, uphold strong principles, and maintain professionalism, chooses to treat a client when a misunderstanding occurs. The level of sarcasm and hostility I experienced was unacceptable. It reached a point where I had to verbally express how intimidated and uncomfortable I felt. Psychological aggression is very real, and I can honestly say I have rarely felt as diminished and uneasy as I did during this interaction. I entered the establishment in good faith, friendly, smiling, and positive.. simply seeking a service. There was a misunderstanding. That happens. But the way it was handled was deeply disappointing. I was told my perspective was understood, yet the tone, delivery, and repeated microaggressions communicated the exact opposite. The “apologies” felt condescending rather than sincere. At one point, I felt judged, surrounded by hostile stares, while I was doing everything possible to remain calm, rational, and respectful. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the owner chose to intensify it. For a moment, I genuinely felt trapped.. especially knowing they had possession of my car keys. No customer should ever feel fear, intimidation, or humiliation while seeking a service. It is unfortunate that in this day and age, there are still business owners who believe this is an acceptable way to treat people. EDIT in response to owner's reply: My review was never about the mechanical findings or the estimate. The fact that your response focuses almost entirely on technical details only reinforces my original point, the issue was not the diagnosis, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of empathy shown during a simple disagreement. Technical explanations do not excuse dismissive or intimidating behavior toward a customer.
