He is always incredibly helpful, informative, and takes the time to explain everything so you know exactly what’s going on with your vehicle. The service was fast and efficient, but what really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his customers. It’s hard to find someone who combines great customer service with honesty and professionalism like Ray does. They are always quick and efficient! The manager Ray is the best, he cares about people and does not over charge or make you feel like its all business. He checks on you while ypu are waiting and makes sure your comfortable with updates about your car. I have had many bad experiences with big companies corporate run or even smaller simply because im a woman that does not know about cars. But this Tire Kingdom is the exception, Ray makes sure of it.
