Coral Springs Honda Service Center

Never got the simple service I scheduled an appointment for on my day off. Waited almost an hour before being approached by the rude service manager. He had this vile angry look and immediately began to disrespect me. He claimed there were bugs in the vehicle. I had a plastic bag with dried mealworms because I often feed ducks which is what I was doing before the appointment that same day. Apparently, 4 of them fell out of the bag onto the floorboard so I attempted to explain this after picking them up and removing them. The guy said no service and threatened to call the police. I then asked for the GM and service guy got all bent out of shape, raised his voice and threatened to call the police again. So I left and called the GM who didn't answer. I left a message explaining the situation and he never called back. Hey, if you're going to have a hissy fit over some spilled pet food that's your choice, don't take it out on me. Don't waste my time on such pathetic nonsense. These guys clean out all the new trade-ins that have actual sanitation issues. These car lots gladly take in trade vehicles with live insects, drug paraphernalia, even used baby diapers, so it's really surprising to have this guy refuse service over a tiny accidental duck food spill. I'll just go schedule an appointment at the Honda in sunrise or pompano.

From the first day I bought my car I always have had great experiences here. My first encounter was with Troy Brannen and he was great, he took care of me and my car and ever since then I always ask for him when I go there for service. Troy is very helpful to me he always fine the time to speak with me no matter how busy he gets, he goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with my results. He's the best and deserves all his stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The other staff are nice too even though Troy is my guy when I go there, the other staff ensure I am being attended too. I have had good experiences at this dealership before, but yesterday was different . I brought my computer to get some work done assuming it would be as reliable as it has been in the past, I was wrong. But that wasn’t really the issue, my advisor “Sierrah” was rude from the time we arrived. At some point she even seemed to mock me. We ended up requesting the shuttle which had a long waitlist. When I picked up my car, the advisor was just as rude, only limiting to telling me my total charge. Very disappointed on how customer service has gone downhill. There were only two people who were nice, the gentleman who got my vehicle and the shuttle driver

Came in for an oil change and left with a damaged car. After leaving Honda of Coral Springs service department I notice a noise coming from underneath my car. Slowly driving home because something was dragging underneath my car. Finally, making it home, I checked and the metal part underneath my car wasn’t screwed on. I couldn’t drive the car back to Honda because it was loose and dragging so bad. I called Honda and they wouldn’t do anything about it but blame me. They said I needed to replace the splash shield for $1200. The manager Ryan refuse to call me or take any of my calls. All they care about is making money and this is other way they scam a girl going to a dealership, trying to just do a simple oil change and waited 2 hours to do so. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and help.

I took my car to Honda for a wheel bearing service and was disappointed with the experience. The car was returned dirty on the driver’s door, and my dash camera was disconnected without any explanation or authorization. The service advisor, Troy, seemed rushed and mentioned that Honda was closing at 5 PM, which made me feel my concerns were not fully addressed. Honda charges more for service, so I expected a higher level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not notice any difference in the service provided , and I am still hearing the same noise that led me to bring the car in. Overall, not a satisfactory experience at this time, I usually take my car to Honda to fiz any issue, and overall I had good experiences,which is why this Visit was disappointing.
