Tire Kingdom

I had a really positive experience at Tire Kingdom. The staff was professional, patient, and took the time to explain my options clearly without pressuring me. They helped me understand what my car actually needed and gave me transparent pricing. I appreciated how efficient and organized everything was, and I left feeling confident and safe about my vehicle. Great customer service and overall experience!

UPDATE: they ask you to email, and they don't do anything about it except the manager wants to "call and apologize" - that does not do anything with this issue. My review remains the same! Scheduled a 2 PM appointment for a simple oil change. I had to call myself at 4 PM for an update and was told it would be “30 more minutes,” so I arrived at 4:30 PM — only to see they were just then starting work on my car. I didn’t leave until 5 PM. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. Why did I have to call for an update instead of the shop contacting me when they were running hours behind? On top of that, I was charged extra for an oil cap replacement that was never discussed with me beforehand. If additional work or charges are needed, customers should be informed and asked before it’s done. To make it worse, when I questioned the extra charge, the employee said, “Oh, I can put the old one back on if you want.” After already waiting 3 hours for a basic oil change, what was I realistically supposed to say to that? I wasn’t about to have my car put back on the lift and the work redone after such an excessive delay. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and not how scheduled appointments should be handled. I thought this would be an easy and smooth process since it was across the street from my job and convenient! I will be sticking with my other place. Such a shame!

Very helpful Manager and exceptional service. I was concerned about a flat tire after my pressure system turned on While driving on the highway… They did an inspection of my tires tire pressure and provided me with much needed help. I highly recommend them and stand My five star review. If I ever need them again, I will definitely come back here

They all helped me out when I last minute needed all 4 tires replaced. They had really great customer service and made the place warm and welcoming. They also got this done in a timely fashion.

Excellent job on my a tire puncture repair involving a costly new tire which had picked up a thick screw. Tech and team did a great job resurfacing the inside of the tire to support a patch. Great customer service and high quality work at a fair price… highly recommend!!!
