So, my disabled daughter has advanced cancer and she has to travel to another city to receive treatment. My only transportation is a 20 year old car. I "had" a mechanic for years. Well, a week before my daughter's surgery my car had trouble. My mechanic (who I will not name) promised me it would be fixed. The evening before her surgery- the mechanic called me and said "we didn't have time. Come get it". I felt so betrayed. A few weeks later at Walmart my car wouldn't start. The tow truck driver said "You should go to Randy & Son. They're good honest people. So I did. Mike, at Randy & Son said "We've checked your car all over, it's starting fine now but did you know you have an oil leak at the filter that's so bad it's pouring oil out?" I said "no I didn't". He said "well it seems to be fine now and we changed and fixed the oil issue". I drove up and paid (the bill was much less than I expected) and I told Mike that I would love to be his new customer. He said "absolutely. We're always here". He even talked to my daughter about her cancer treatment. When my daughter and I got in our car to go home she said to me "Mom, don't you find it interesting how if our car hadn't mysteriously failed to start at Walmart that oil leak would have probably destroyed our car in a few weeks?" I said "oh wow, yes". I think God lead me to Mike and Randy & Son. I highly recommend them.

Mike stayed true to his original quote, and I truly appreciated that. The price was fair and reasonable with no surprises. Because of their honesty and professionalism, they’ve gained a new customer for future service. I will highly recommend them to others.

Best mechanic I've dealt with in far too long! HONEST. Transparent, even. And the guy can diagnose and solve complex digital problems as well as fix your garage find. Good people skills! Clean. After 8 years here, we've finally found a mechanic we can trust.

After having new tires and brakes installed at Mavis at River Crossing, my car developed multiple noises in the rear. After two return trips to Mavis at River Crossing and two at the Mavis on Little Rd. in Hudson, trying to determine and correct what was making the noises, I was referred to Randy's &Son by Mavis. Wow! I will only be using Randy's &Son for all repairs from now on. Mike, Randy's son was so polite and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the noises, shared his findings, and in an hour everything was corrected. I am forever grateful for Mike and the amazing technician that assisted me.
