Hitchens Tire Service

Hitchens is always very helpful, generally have everything you need in shop & if not we have only ever waited a day or so for orders. The most recent experience we had, was with the alignment shop. We had aftermarket suspension parts put on a Tesla model S & it was still wearing tires out every 15-17k miles. Fes was great- he and the other mechanic were able to align the car without taking it to some specialty shop hours away. Even gave us a little binder to keep the aftermarket spec. papers in for next time! We already bring everything we have to them, but this was great customer service!

Unfortunately hit some small object in the road, causing a blowout. Made multiple calls for roadside service until one of the Tire Company reps suggested I call Hitchens. Within 15 minutes, I heard a loud engine pull up behind me. To my shock, I realized it was Hitchens already! Shane quickly went to work on my blowout and shortly had me on my way, with my temporary. He charged me an unbelievably low price. I immediately put Hitchens in my contacts. I will use and refer people to Hitchens, the rest of my life.

Went in as a walking, no appointment. Got the tire service i needed the same day. Hitchens provided a great service without delay. The front desk rep was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I'll be returning for all future tire and alignment needs.
