⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at All state Tires! I came in because I was dealing with an annoying noise from my old tires, and they helped me replace them with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Seasons. Ever since the new tires were installed, the car has been driving perfectly — smooth, quiet, and no more noise at all. Special thanks to Tracy, who was absolutely the best: super helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice throughout the entire process. Her daughter was also amazing and made the whole experience even better. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend All state Tires — I’ll definitely be back!

I came here to fix/Replace my Tesla Tire due to a nail in sidewalls, which is not repairable. So they ordered the tire, so today I went there to get tire replacement, Mechanic found out that nail was small & didn’t take tire’s life, so family staff(wish I could have remembered their name) & mechanic told me that tire is fine & don’t need to replace. All this without change & restocking fee. I found honesty & family oriented atmosphere there. Now on I’ll be buying all my tires from here, No more Costco. Great family friendly honest business

The people at Allstate Tires are so friendly and knowledgeable. I can't imagine a better place. Their prices were great, as was their service. They went beyond normal service, giving me particular things to buy . Both mother and daughter are so loveable, even though they are so busy they take time to explain everything to you. I have never been to a better tire shop. I love them!

We were new costumers to this establishment. We got a few good reviews from people around town saying that this business was great and they had a great experience working with these people. Sadly we did not get the same great experience everyone else had. My husband and i were looking for new tires for my car before winter came and we had all weather tires in mind. My husband sat down with one of the associates, Tracy, before making an appointment for the tires to go over pricing and our options for said tires. He decided on the milestar all weather tires because they were a good price and exactly what we were looking for. He made an appointment and he brought my car in for the change and when he got the car back he noticed that something was not right with them, when we both got out of work we went back. The woman that he had initially dealt with had tried to state that she had told him the milestar all weather tires were not in stock anymore and that they were back ordered and that apparently he had said that milestar sport tires were okay instead. He was never told that they were no longer available to be ordered and they made an executive decision on our behalf to put different tires on thinking we wouldn’t notice. the associate stated that they would keep a lookout for the all weather tires and when they were back in stock they would switch them out for us at an additional $50 and that we had to continue calling to check if they were in, which we did for about a month. This is all happening in November when snow can happen at any time. We are now in December and we were tired of waiting and i did not feel safe driving around with the milestar sport tires. So we asked to upgrade to the generals all weather to which we had to pay an additional $150. When he brought the car back in for this last switch my husband spoke with the mechanic that does the actual job and he told him that the milestar sport tires she had put on were ment for summer. When i had gone with my husband to speak to her when we first noticed she told me that those tires were safe and just as good as the ones we were looking for but looking at it now knowing this, summer tires are not going to get me through the winter in New England safely. In the time i had these tires it had rained pretty heavily a few times and snowed once and any time i was driving in it i had hydroplaned. If something had happened it would be on this business and the associate that took advanced of a young couple trying to prepare for winter.
