I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that no one else feels the way I did today. I stopped by this morning because my tire pressure had dropped very low on my way to bring my son to school and head to an important meeting. I’ve come here before, and the staff have always been kind and helpful — which is why I trusted them again today. However, the man who helped me this morning treated me with complete disrespect. When other customers arrived for gas, he got frustrated and told me he was “too busy” and that I should come back later, even though I explained I didn’t feel safe driving on low tire pressure. I waited patiently, but when he finally helped, he did so with an attitude. As I was leaving, he told me, “You can say thank you,” and when I calmly said, “You don’t treat customers that way,” he replied, “You’re not a customer.” That comment really hurt. I’ve supported this business before and always appreciated their service, but no one deserves to be spoken to that way — especially when they’re asking for help in a moment of need. I hope the management sees this and reminds their staff that kindness and professionalism matter just as much as the services offered. A simple act of compassion can make a big difference, especially for parents trying to keep their children safe.

This place is wonderful old school full service. Im a recent amputee and if I dont have anybody with me I have to pump the gas. I dont mind but the work I gotta do to get the chair in and out the van its much essier for me to have somebody with me but sometimes I have nobody with me I need gas so a full service place is great for folks in my situation. Its great in today's climate because only one person touching the pump you dont have to worry much about COVID I feel its a more hygienic approach you dont have to worry about touching the gas pump after a bunch of people.

My car is old and full of issues, so I've left it with Fred a few times. He's polite, honest and has a friendly demeanor. His staff are the same! Thanks Fred :)

I have taken all my vehicles to Fred for regular maintenance for the past 15 years and am more than satisfied. I've never had trouble making an appointment and have always gotten my vehicle back in a timely manner. Always great communication and great service! Thanks Fred!

Went to another place of business to replace my control arm and of course getting an alignment the other place wanted 1300. Fred only asked for 340.00 saving me 1000 dollars. Next time if i ever get into a serious issue I will go to these guys first. They also worked very quickly on the issue as well got the car back in two days. Guys are great highly recommend them to anyone for any issue.
