Ryan was the ultimate professional manager at Meineke in Norwich CT. He took care of my emergent car failure while away from NYC visiting Mohegan Sun.Time sensitive issue. I needed a new alternator and he was so accommodating. My car was running perfectly within 24 hours and fairly priced .The owner happened to be there doing a Memorial Day Fundraiser Drive and was the sweetest most humble woman ..She was from NY originally and we talked down memory lane. She drove us back to hotel while we left car to be fixed. It was a great experience! AAA SERVICE

I took my car there in late morning. They put it up on the lift and in ten minutes I knew what needed to be repaired. It took about 21/2 hours to be completed. They were very friendly, courteous snd hard working individuals. My car rides nice with no loud muffler noises. The price was wonderful as well. Plus you get a lifetime warranty on the muffler and 1 year on parts.

We feel extremely satisfied with the service that was provided. Everything was communicated to us so we fully understand price and services we needed. They told us was wrong promptly and fixed it in 1 day ! They put hard work into our vehicle and helped us out with a few little extra things complementary! You can tell they are a great team and have great customer service and communication! We will be back .

They were available on short notice for a brake job, saw us on time, finished without a long way despite complications. Prices were reasonable, owner was communicative. I would drive a little extra to go to this shop over others.

I truly have never had a better experience at a repair shop than I did at this Meineke. Ryan and Javier are knowledgeable, honest, and kind. When I went in last week, I was in the middle of a long drive and had a few hours to go before I’d get home. My suv had started to shake on the highway in a very scary way. It felt like my suspension was about to give out at any moment. I needed help, fast, and Meineke just happened to be the closest place to me. I could not have gotten any luckier. From the moment I walked through the front doors, Ryan and Javier had my back. Not only did they figure out the problem quickly, they fixed it for a very fair price, and even stayed late to get it done so I didn’t have to get a hotel for the night. Not only are they incredibly skilled mechanics, they went above and beyond to get me through a bad situation. I am so touched by their kindness, they are angels for real. Thank you again, guys, so much! And if you’re reading this, you should absolutely bring your car to these incredible dudes. I know I would. If I didn’t live 3 hours away, I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else.
