appointment at 7 am checked in at 6:20 am and it is 12 pm i am still here, this place do not care for drivers they take their time be ready to wait here for several hours will not coming back here again. Zero stars for this facility.

Check in at 6:30 go inside door 2 make a line for check in! Don’t come inside with your truck! Park outside blocking none! If you come inside with your truck you will be kicked out! Use vest !! 3-5 hours unloading time eta.

From failed valve stems to over torqued lug nuts, broken tire irons, I’ve been left stranded SIX times and will NEVER do business again! Seabrook location, I CANT be the only one!

[1st Visit, Delivery, DEC 23, 2022] (appointment 06:30 / arrival 01:00 / door 06:30 / departure 11:00) overnight on street side —-> check-in & get a door at the office —-> drop the trailer & move to outside of the yard —-> wait for unloading on the street side —-> get a phone call for paperwork —-> check-out & take the trailer *** overnight parking on the street side *** cannot stay in the yard nor facility *** too slow unloading *** drivers unfriendly facility

Store was great, but I was really, really impressed with their customer service - U.S based customer service, where I could actually get through to someone quickly! They put me on with a tire expert who saved me a ton. They got me 4 tires, with the works, for just a little more than my mechanic wanted to replace just 2 front tires. Good, easy in-store experience, but most of all their customer service on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly got me the best price and a convenient appointment.
