I absolutely love and appreciate the people at this shop. As a single woman and not know a lot about cars, it can be scary but bringing my car to Paul’s I know my car is in good hands. The staff are nothing but helpful and very understanding. They are willing to work with you financially and keeping things at a reasonable price. I have been bring my car to Paul’s for 4 yrs now and always have a great experience each and every time :)

There’s something to be said about employees who are truly invaluable to a business. Last summer, I left healthcare, started a tree business, and moved to Windsor. Most of my early work was done out of a Honda CR-V towing a 5x8 trailer needless to say, the car didn’t last long. When I first walked into Paul’s shop, it was packed. Phones ringing, people waiting in chairs and standing. Normally, I would’ve turned around and left. Instead, the front desk was moving things along quickly, and within 24 hours my vehicle was back on the road. Handling high-stress situations while maintaining speed and professionalism isn’t easy we’ve all been there. Your employee Alex isn’t just a strong worker; he’s a genuinely good person. I hope this review makes its way to Paul and is considered during Alex’s evaluation.

🚨🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT TRUST THEM‼️‼️‼️ $$$ 6500 $$$ & 2 “WE’LL FIX IT ON THE HOUSE” PROMISES LATER & STILL THE SAME SOUND A REPOST OF THE 2ND POST THEY ASKED ME TO REMOVE JUST LAST WEEK PROMISING TO FIX THE ISSUE YET HERE WE ARE AGAIN 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 ‼️‼️ THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE FEELS GREAT, BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE AND MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT EVERYTIME‼️Believe me on the one hand it seems like they’re taking care of YOU, while on the other hand THEY ARE TAKING DISADVANTAGE of YOU NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS DO NOT TRUST THEM‼️‼️‼️ So someone reached out to me letting me know they will take care of me if I took down my original post regarding this same long standing issue. So of course, like any decent person I agree agreed and looked forward to the situation being resolved. They looked into my car and claimed that the engine mount was loose and that should fix the situation granted it was on the house, however the same sound as described in my original post persisted. Still, having mixed emotions about writing this review the part that troubles me most is after the last fix (which was on the house and of course, much appreciated) when I inquired about the sound that still persisted I was told that it was only cosmetic nothing foundational or fundamental to the working or driving of my car, with that new understanding came more questions because after 6500 worth of fixes this sudden newfound understanding of it being only superficial left me feeling very played. If you were to see the back-and-forth correspondence via text and over the phone, he came to that conclusion extremely quick without my car being there yet you guys couldn’t have figured that out 6500 bucks ago? I was told essentially that these things take a lot of back-and-forth and guess work or educated guesses however, for some reason that response doesn’t seem to suffice when after $6500 worth of fixes and countless back and forths, I still have the same problematic sound. Now being a reasonable and a fair guy one could argue and understand that because they’ve canceled out all the other problems through fixes, then it only leaves one problem however that is not how it was brought to me. It was not brought to me as though it was only superficial. It was brought to me as though this was a major problem that could cause a major incident while driving. The situation was so overwhelming between my personal life (death in the family) and the way I felt dealing with them. I took a step back (seeing that it was only cosmetic) and when I reached out to continue the conversation once again, very similarly to before, there has been no correspondence. Hate to take the time out my day to write this post, but I have to be honest about my experience and how Paul’s auto has left me in a very uncertain, doubtful and distrusting space‼️‼️DO NOT TRUST THEM IF ONLY I COULD POST TWICE TO TELL MORE OF THE STORY 💔💔💔💔💔

I’ve been here over a couple of years. The staff is friendly and I feel taken care of. They communicate well. I go here for all my car’s needs and feel confident that they will keep my car in good shape. I would highly recommend.

I was going on lunch while at work and my cars alternator was starting to go. In an emergency I found Paul’s Auto Repair, had great reviews. I spoke with Paul and he was extremely professional and very helpful. Once I arrived Kyle was there and helped my car get in and out. All the employees were extremely professional, helpful and very kind. Thank you to all whole helped me in this quick turnaround. Definitely recommend bringing any cars here.
