I had a great experience with Mike and the team at Black Bear Auto. The service was excellent from start to finish. Mike was very helpful, honest, and made sure everything was clearly explained. Their mechanic staff is highly skilled and professional—they really know what they’re doing. The work done on my vehicle was outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in delivering quality results. Overall, amazing work and great customer service. I have been going to Black Bear Auto for quite a few years. I have always had excellent service. They always do excellent work. At a reasonable price. Their service is excellent. Their place is always clean. Their employees are always friendly always very helpful to me. They replaced my catalytic converter. Put in a new battery for me. What do you mean? They also drove me home. Came back and picked me up if I needed a ride to get there.

I have been going to Black Bear Auto for a very long time and all though I live 20 minutes away it’s worth it to have a clean, reliable, friendly auto shop to get services done. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough with each job they have done for me personally with pictures and detailed descriptions of what was worked on and looked at. I highly recommend Black Bear as a garage to look at for your car and auto needs and repairs.

I chose Black Bear for a brake job mainly because of the convenient location. A few days after the repair, the brakes started squeaking slightly, and within about two weeks they were grinding badly. When I called, I was told the issue was because I declined buying new tires at the time of service. So now I’m being told that brand new brakes and rotors are squeaking and grinding because my tire tread is getting low? I understand I’ll need tires soon, but there is still tread left on them. I’m not a mechanic, but it’s frustrating to have brake problems this quickly after paying for brake work. Edit: I added a star. I brought my car back for them to take a look at the brakes. They did not mention anything about the tires this time and they mentioned that the brakes were bad. They are ordering new brakes and I'll update the review once they install the new brakes in a week.

Excellent service. They transported me from the shop to and from home. Found the problem quickly and even gave me pictures of the mouse nest which was the problem with my air conditioner!!! I would recommend black bear auto to everybody I know. I am going to use them for all my auto needs and I think you should too!!!!!! Very reasonable prices also!!!!
