I came in for a simple alignment after hitting a pothole. At first, everything seemed fine and I appreciated that they got me in and out quickly. But as soon as I left, I started hearing a clicking/banging noise every time I turned. I took a closer look myself and found that the inner tie rod had been loosened from the rack and pinion — not adjusted properly at the outer end like it should be. That’s not just a mistake, that’s a serious safety issue. If that had come loose while I was driving, especially with my kids in the car, the outcome could’ve been much worse. When I brought it back to explain what happened, instead of taking responsibility or even checking the work, I was met with attitude and then charged again for another alignment. Now the car is still not aligned correctly, and I’m left paying out of pocket for parts and labor to fix something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I don’t mind paying for good work. I do mind paying twice for unsafe work and being treated like I’m the problem for pointing it out. If you value your safety and expect accountability, I would think twice before coming here

The best price around in Bridgeport and Stratford, owner or manager very friendly and work with you on prices, I am going back to have all of my wife’s car replaced and have them do the alignment as well! I visited them today for two from tires on my Chevy and I was very impressed and satisfied with their service!

They were just about to close, & I had to change some tires that I bought online. I passed by & asked them if I could go get my tires, & they wait until I come back to put them on. They said yes. I left & got my tires, came back, & they installed all 4 tires plus balance them in under 20 minutes...including changing valve stems. I really appreciated that. Good guys.

$130 to change ONE small tire on a Toyota😑 idk where they get that number from but I’m good on that place!
