No inflated repair lists, no surprise charges when you show up to pay. Just straight talk from people who know what they’re doing and shoot you straight every time. The work is done right. View on GoogleApplewood Auto Care was great! I usually take my car to the dealership for service but noticed this shop close to my work so I thought I’d give it a try. I was able to schedule my service online quickly and easily, and then received friendly and attentive service when I went to drop it off. Sam let me know they were a little behind but asked when ideally I’d need my car back by so they could prioritize efficiently, which I appreciated. They sent a detailed inspection report via text a couple hours later, which I was able to approve and/or deny additional recommended services through swiftly, and then my vehicle was ready even earlier than expected. Friendly customer service, thorough inspection and work, and a clean shop to top it all off. I will be back!
