Fountain Creek Automotive

Soto at Fountain Creek Automotive is my new "Go to" auto shop. I found him to be extremely invested in making sure that my vehicle was properly diagnosed before repairing it. Prices are competitive with other shops, but I would gladly pay extra for the consideration and expertise that came with their service. He puts his money where mouth is, and stands behind his work. I appreciate having him in our community.

Soto is fantastic. He gives honest feedback and charges reasonable prices. I went to another shop (not a dealer but well known brand) and they tried to upsell me with a bunch of stuff I didn’t need and were charging crazy prices for things. Soto was much more reasonable and in line or below with some averages for pricing. I also brought my wife’s car in after I had caused some significant damage to it. In the end I had some time constraints that meant I used a different shop, but it wasn’t any other reason that I didn’t work with him. He’s a good dude overall and I plan on sending him my business in the future.

Didn’t use their services, but my car got a flat in the liquor store next door. The jack I had with me broke. I went right next door hoping they’d let me use one of theirs. They did, no problem, helping me during a time when I was already frustrated and having issues with my car. Thank you to all who work here and to the ones who let me use the jack!

Had an issue with my buddies car leaking coolant, they fixed the leak, and didnt charge us for it. We got back home because of them. Highly reccomended.

Excellent service and true customer care! The team here were caring and helpful. Veteran and local owned, this type of customer service and honest mechanic work is hard to find! I’m definitely returning and recommending.
