Came to install this isr cat-back exhaust I had purchased online for my infiniti g35. They gave me an amazing price for the install, better than two other mechanics I had planned to visit for the job. Javier was incredibly honest, & even adjusted my hangers for free, so that the exhaust would sit a lot better underneath the bumper. 20/10 , will definitely be coming back.
View on GoogleHugo is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. I needed help with my car, a problem I’d avoided for 2 years because all the mechanics I went to were charging me upwards of $1,000. I read the reviews of this muffler shop and they all talked about how Hugo never charges them for things they don’t need, even when he could. So I went there last week and he taught me how to solve my problem (which ended up costing me $20) and he never charged me for anything, not even running my diagnostics a few times. I will bring my car here from now on, because I finally found a mechanic I can trust (and one who doesn’t rip off single women who are clueless about cars)!

I have had a couple experiences where Hugo turns away money because I don't need a repair/service that someone else tried to sell me. I will bring ALL my vehicles here and will continue to refer friends and family (all of which have had excellent experiences as well).

View on GoogleI was searching for a converter lock and i was recommended whittier muffler from a coworker. I'm so happy i called. Hugo was very friendly and knowledgeable. Because converter locks are selling like hot cakes right now, i did have to wait a tiny bit. BUT it was worth it. He kept in contact with me the whole time, so i knew the status of the lock. When I took my car in, it was a fairly quick installation. Price was on point too! Other places were quoting me a arm and a leg to get a lock. The shop is appointment only and they do a lot of different work there. I highly recommend whittier muffler! I will be back when my car needs repair!
