If I could give negative stars I would how a simple oil change service couldn’t be performed on my vehicle at your mechanic shop is beyond me but here we are. During the oil change, my vehicle’s original oil filter housing was cracked. Instead of replacing it with the correct, compatible part for my vehicle, your shop installed a metal oil filter housing on my car which caused my car to leak oil. Less than a month after the oil change, I began receiving low oil alerts from my vehicle, indicating that oil was being lost. I contacted your shop and spoke directly with the owner on multiple occasions. Despite these alerts and my concerns, I was repeatedly told that my car was not leaking oil.(I had a huge spill on my driveway but it was not leaking oil apparently? I was told it was the excess oil that was spilt from when my oil change was done???okkkkkk) It was later proven that my car was in fact LEAKING oil after taking my car to a different shop to resolve this issue because Whittier auto garage couldn’t after I returned my car 3 times, i paid 90 dollars for a new oil filter another quart of oil and a evaluation of my car. I am very disappointed that this took about a month to resolve and after taking my car in this last time I knew I was not returning when the owner looked at me with a smile and said “your car will not be leaking oil” and it was in fact leaking oil lol do better. oh and the best part the mechanic then proceeded to scan my car as if that would tell them that the oil filter housing that they replaced wasn’t compatible or that I had an active oil leak why do I want a scan of my car?? just fix the leak you caused!!!Lastly for a car mechanic to allow a customer to leave a shop with an active oil leak knowing this can lead to engine damage is beyond me. If you don’t care about your car leaving in a worse condition than how you had it bring it here! Oil change done nov 18 Picture of my driveway was taken nov 23 I took my car back dec 1 as it was still leaking all they did was clean underneath my car?? Returned again December 15th after receiving low oil alerts I was told o ring on the oil filter was replaced and they added more oil it was still leaking after that Took it to a new shop December 19th has not leaked at all since.

Antonio was super kind and patient when asked questions about replacing my serpentine belt. They were super helpful and did a great job. I Appreciate their help. Front desk lady was sweet and patient too.

I feel they should be shut down. After my experience I would not recommend this place at all. Got work done and had to take it back twice due to poor quality work. First return was simple, after getting it back another issue showed up involving the work they did and when I went back they lied about the problem and tried to cover it up. It was leaking huge amounts of coolent from the turbo (That they replced) and when I came back they said there was no leak. Some how with me it dumped 1 gallon of coolent but in there shop there was nothing. They said my oil filter was leaking, when i got home and checked you can tell they loosened it because I was able to turn it by hand wit no problem. I do my own oil changes and had done it two months before and it was not leaking till i got it back from them. After my own inspection I see they pinched the coolent line from the turbo to hide the broken line. I went back and after arguing with them they still tried to say they didn't do anything and that it wasn't leaking. I even showed him where I can tell they pinched the line. I can tell he knew what he did and didn't have to guts to admit it. For a man to look you dead in the face and lie about his work tells me all I need to know about him, his character and how he conducts business and in my experience they can not be trusted at all. If I could do negative stars I would.

I came here today because my vehicle started acting up losing power but it still drove. Was going to drive it home glad I didn't. I came here asking them if they had batteries. Yes. They checked it the alternator was shot .I shut the vehicle off and the owner went to move it totally dead. They said it would be about two hours to replace it. It was done in an hour; they stopped what they were doing and replaced it. I told the boss and the mechanic thank you i appreciate it!! So far so good

Amazing service! Called for an oil change and they took me in right away. Service was fast and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like most other places. Antonio is a friendly and honest man. Go see him and his crew for the best auto service in town!!! Thank you gentlemen for your help :)
