Have been here a few times. Staff has always been honest and respectful. They have helped with AC issues in the past and also smog checks. First time I worked with Ricky, he’s has been easy to work with and the communication has been good. Haven’t had anything negative to say about this place yet, that’s why I’ve been back a few times. I would recommend.

Ricky is awesome! Mechanics are awesome! The place is so clean and organized. For 154, I had oil changed, tires rotated, battery replaced in my key fob and great conversation with Ricky as always! They are honest guys ladies and receipt is easy to understand with detail of work done and charges. Only feedback to customer service is that coupons and a discount would be nice every once in a while though. Thanks everyone at ten four auto!!

Brought my 1999 Subaru Legacy for an engine pull and full reseal as the oil leaks had started driving me crazy and the slick outside my house was getting embarrassingly large. They performed the inspection same-day and gave me a rough estimate of what the total cost would be. Anytime another issue was found they'd call, let me know, and ask if I wanted to proceed with that repair. Very communicative, very concerned with quality service, and very quick! Only took a week from inspection to completed repair, and the work came out $500 under budget! I'll definitely be back!

What followed was an expensive, stressful, and infuriating ordeal that left my vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in. My brakes were left malfunctioning and now produce a strange, concerning noise. Worst of all, they broke my power window. Their solution? Charge me to fix the damage they caused. The manager, who initially seemed kind and concerned, in reality was uncommunicative and demonstrated a shocking lack of technical knowledge, offering incoherent explanations for their shoddy work when pressured for answers. After a month, I took my car to a different shop. They diagnosed and fixed the original power steering leak in a single day- no drama, no hidden costs, no lies. This shop is incompetent and predatory. I regret ever walking through their doors. They took advantage of my trust, wasted my time and significant money, and returned my car with new problems. I wouldn’t recommend them for even a simple oil change. Do not waste your time or money here. Learn from my mistake and go anywhere else.

I’ve got a 2022 Ram 1500 3.6L V6 with eTorque—which sounds new, but with 153,000 miles I drive it a lot. They had it ready in a couple of days, and communication throughout was open, upfront, and professional. No high‑pressure sales, no surprises. The work itself isn’t cheap—but when you break it down, the pricing was fair and in line with the scope of work, especially considering the quality and the fact that it was done right. I’d definitely recommend Ten Four Auto Repair Center. They took great care of both me and my truck, and I won’t hesitate to bring it back when I need work done again.
