I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Oscar and two of his colleagues. Oscar quickly identified the issue with my tire, and the entire team ensured that I left feeling both safe and satisfied. Definitely recommend and will come back soon!
View on GoogleI went to Salinas Tires this weekend to have a tire patched, everyone was friendly and we're quick to help. The tire service was about 20 minutes and cost $20. Very convenient, just a little tight getting in and out of there. I had to go back the next day because the patch did not work and my tire was getting flat. I called ahead to get a quote on my tire and they had to drive 15 minutes to go get the tire. Thats fine. When I arrived 30 minutes later they said they never left to go get the tire because I didn't send a $50 dollar zelle, which I thought was sketchy. Long story short I pulled up and not one of the 10 mechanics wanted to help me which was the polar opposite from the previous day, Salinas tires did not help me buy a new tire or go get one until they got money upfront before the tire was swapped. So I just left and took my business elsewhere. Will probably never come back here the way I was treated today.
View on GoogleThe guy who helped was awesome! I forgot his name but he had tattoos in his neck. He helped me in 06/16/2026. He made everything super easy and my car felt like new after they finished installing my new rims and tires. This place never fails when it comes to my car. I’m going back ti change my breaks pretty soon. Very trustworthy and helped me understand everything they were doing for my car.

They also provided information on tires foe this purchase and future purchases and they are very upfront about all aspects. After the install, the team double checked tire pressure, valve stem caps and armor all the tires. Professional and very customer service oriented. I will be coming back for future purchases.
View on GoogleHands down the best knowledgeable and experienced tire shop I’ve seen in a while super friendly staff and they are very careful with your vehicle have the tires in stock and if they don’t they can have them in a couple hours , this shop provided king suspension and top tier tires for my truck and everything performs flawless I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire and rim needs and repairs they also do a very precise wheel alignment, this shop is extremely highly recommended I will definitely be coming back
