As someone who has always taken great care of my vehicle, which has less than 80,000 miles, I expected a high level of professionalism and expertise from this establishment. Unfortunately, what I encountered was nothing short of the worst service I have ever experienced. I entrusted my car to this shop, hoping for a swift and accurate diagnosis of the issues at hand. Instead, my vehicle was held for an entire week without any concrete findings. To add insult to injury, I was informed that the car was “shot” and beyond repair—an absolutely unacceptable conclusion, especially given the car’s relatively low mileage and general condition. Feeling stressed and uncertain, I sought a second opinion at a reputable shop in downtown Los Angeles. To my relief, they identified the problem immediately, without any charge for their initial assessment, and corrected the issue promptly. My car is now running perfectly fine, which only adds to my disappointment with this service. It is extremely disheartening to witness a business demonstrate such a lack of effort and customer care, all while being quick to charge for what amounted to mere guesses. I sincerely hope this feedback serves as a catalyst for improving your service so that no other customer has to endure the frustration and inconvenience I experienced.

They were amazing. Their customer service and quality of work was amazing. They performed the work in less time than the dealership told me and it was about half the cost. I only serviced my SUV at the dealer, never thinking of getting work done elsewhere. After this interaction, I will only serviced my car at Quality Car Care. The experience, professionalism and cost have me as a lifetime customer.

I just recently relocated to Whittier, California from New York and purchased my first car and had to have it smog checked. I drove past this automotive shop and noticed it was very clean and tidy and decided to get my car worked on there. Todd at the service desk had a great attitude and was very nice and very informative as I was not familiar how to register and have cars checked in California. We had a great conversation. and his dad is the one who did the smog check, a very nice gentleman. I asked if he worked on #MIN Cooper’s and he said yes. I told him I would be back for regular service and oil changes. If anyone in the area of Whittier is looking for a clean automotive shop with great customer service and a knowledgeable mechanic and quick service then I suggest you stop by. On Good Friday I took my 23 year old Toyota Camry to Quality Car Care; they are my go to auto repair shop. I was afraid my car was suffering and in need of a major, expensive repair; it was not as bad as I feared. Jack and Pete were extremely supportive and encouraging. Jack also took the time to educate me which was much appreciated. This was my Good Friday Miracle. I not only love this shop but I trust them which is even more important when it comes to auto repair. In the past, Jack has been honest enough to tell me what my car does NOT need rather than rake up unnecessary repair and charges which other repair shops have done. When I am there, which luckily is not very often since I drive a reliable little Camry, I always see how warm and friendly they are with their clients! Last thing - the shop, the waiting area and the bathroom are nice and CLEAN!!! I HIGHLY recommend Quality Car Care! 😁
