I brought my 2009 Ford Ranger Sport into Pro-Auto Toyota Specialist as they were not so busy as other more pricey repair shops in the area. They could take my truck in immediately and have the repairs completed in 1 day. They quoted me a reasonable price on an R&R of the leaking valve cover gaskets. They did an awesome job! They were fair, honest & willing to go above and beyond their typical Toyota makes. They even painted my valve covers at no extra charge. Wow! My truck has no more oil leaks 😁 yahoo!

Unfortunately our car has had a few issues over the last year. We’re taken the car here on all three occasions and they’ve been super helpful and quick about all repairs. Prices are decent considering all shops charge quite a bit for labor. Would continue to bring my car here and would recommend other do so as well.

So far one of the worse shops I have took my car to the guy that did the work was a awesome machanice Go the ac pump replace and serpitine belt done a/c didn’t work took it back so they can take a look at it I don’t know who I spoke with but the person was very rude to my and my wife but that place need. To be a bit more considerate to even if the individual that did the work wasn’t present at the time (the shop did the work ) I understand the person that did wasent there but to be rude to customers and have a attitudes theories then is not right

This is a rip off shop, part exchanger guys don’t know how to troubleshoot or diagnose a problem. I went for a transmission problem, they said it needed to be rebuilt, three months later and several trip to the shop they ended up installing another transmission since the original that was rebuilt was overheating and not delivering power to the shaft. Finally, they did want to deal with the problem anymore because the shop they sent the x-transmissions are ultimately responsible for the problem. When I when to talk to the rebuilder he was guessing and could not tell me what the problem was, he wanted to keep the 4Runner 1990 with only 212000 on it for testing. I went to another shop and they told me exactly what the problem was and ended up rebuilding the transmission for the 4th time. Stay away from this shop. They charged me $380 for a valve cover gasket, they left the bolts loose and started to leak again Bad mechanics.
