Absolutely superb service, excellent customer service, extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. My father had been coming here for quite some time and recommended I bring my car in to have my AC looked at. John personally came and spoke with me, interacted and never once made me feel rushed. You can tell he loves what he does, had a smile the entire time and really made me feel good about coming here. I have found my new automotive shop without a doubt! THE BEST mechanic in all of Whittier! When I was growing up my parents took all our cars to John's Auto. My dad (now passed) was friends with the first John (RIP). I've taken all of my various cars to John's Auto as well. You won't find cooler people at an auto shop. They're family. They make you feel like family. Love you guys!

I am so satisfied I'm glad I shopped around until I find a location that does pretty much everything and they found the problem that I had going on my car for quite a long time which my mechanics couldn't or pretty much didn't do electrical. So I had to look elsewhere and got my problem fixed and got referred to another location which they are fixing the issue with my cats can't wait to get this over with .this place will be recommend to everyone friends and family I am so impressed and happy thank you guys very much.. they are straight out forward which I like they found a loyal customer.
