This shop used to be a place my family trusted for years under the previous ownership. My wife and I brought our cars here regularly, and even our adult children used this shop. It had a strong reputation in the community, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, my experience has been completely different. I brought my car in with a specific issue and clearly explained the symptoms. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the problem, I was repeatedly told it “could be something else,” which led to a growing list of recommended repairs. While everything was technically approved on paper, the way the work was presented felt pressured and unavoidable. The total quickly went over $1,000 and was approaching $2,000, yet the original problem was never resolved. When I finally took the car to a different mechanic, the issue was diagnosed and fixed immediately on the first visit. The actual repair required an $80 part and $100 in labor. Based on that outcome, much of the work I was charged for previously turned out to be unnecessary. What was most disappointing was the dismissive attitude when I tried to ask questions or refocus on the original issue. Being told that this was simply “standard practice” does not explain why the problem couldn’t be identified after multiple attempts. It’s genuinely sad to see a shop that was once known in the community for loyalty and trust operate this way now. I regret not taking the car elsewhere sooner and would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing major work here.

Since I arrived I was greeted and we’ve got into what repairs I needed to have done in my 2017 sprinter. Sergio kept me informed about what was being done and also suggested about other repairs that were needed as well. My first time here but I’ll definitely recommend their shop. I know I’ll be back.

Repair of the fluid leak of the hydraulic block was satisfactory although it will need the new block soon. When is a good time to replace the block? NEXT QUESTION i have is where to get a new right side visor where I can order this visor. There was one but I couldn't remember that place. Thanks, BB
