We had an appt at 10am, arrived at 9:48. We're greeted upon walking in by the Store Manager Frankie. He and the rest of the staff were accommodating, and answered all my questions about the tires. I asked to see the tires because I wanted to make sure they were actual new tires. There is a code on each tire that shows when they were actually made. Brandon the service guy brought a tire into the lobby and showed me and answered all my questions showed me everything I asked about the tires, without batting an eye. They are very professional yet personable. Fair prices.I would totally recommend Discount tires in Whittier on Carmenita & Telegraph. Thanks guys!! We'll be back.

This place is amazing. They’re fairly new with only being opened for a few months. They have some deals for tires and repairs going on as well. The interior of the building is modern and they offer lots of drink options like a touch pad coffee machine, hot/cold water dispenser, teas as well. I brought my car in because I had a flat on one end. The staff did a thorough look through on all four tires and they pointed out the low tread wear I had, along with the nail in one tire. Richard helped me sign up for their free deals/rewards program. He walked me through different tire options since my tires weren’t in the greatest condition. I got four new tires and my alignment done all within 45 minutes! I will definitely be telling friends and family about this place and it looks like they just gained a new, loyal customer.

Well , store just recently opened at this location. Synthetic oil change for $24.99? Unheard of. Well I just have my oil changed today at this place. They checked all and gave me recommendations. Nó sale pressures to me , services were excellent and professional. Employees were doing their bests and friendly. Even the manager had very positive attitude snd helpful. Store organized , cleaned and bright even works areas. Will be back for my recommended services.
