I had such a great experience at vtec honda body shop. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. Unlike a lot of places that try to upsell or pressure you into unnecessary repairs, Benjamin took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why — without trying to take all my money. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and takes pride in doing quality work. My car looks great, and I left feeling confident that I’d been treated fairly. I will never use this place again. They charged me for an oil change but the oil was very dirty after less than 2 months. It was obvious they either forgot to change the oil or they did not change it intentionally. They charged me for a new oil filter but when my new mechanic looked at it, it was still the original Honda Oil Filter from the dealer. They did not replace the oil filter. They did not take care of the low pressure tire warning which stayed on till today. They billed me over $400 for very poor service. Beware beware beware!!!

I have been coming to see Ben the owner for the past 12 years. He has been my families trusted mechanic for a few decades. He is fair, honest, and will never charge you more. I have had my car towed over 50 miles just to have Ben take a look. I could not ask for a better mechanic. I will take my cars here as long as I own my Honda. I highly recommend Ben and his services to anyone with a Honda or Acura. Ben has a lot of experience and he has a great crew to support him. If you like a hole in the wall, honest mechanic who wouldn't steer you wrong, then Vtech and Ben are your man.

Horrible experience at this shop. Brought in my Honda Civic for a diagnosis for one of my lights on my dashboard that kept coming on. Ben seemed like a nice guy at first. Then they connected their computer to my car. Then took my car for a little joyride without my permission and then comes back to tell me there’s nothing wrong with my car. I then asked him why the light was still coming on in my car and he said he doesn’t know and that I should take it to the dealer. The thing that really upsets me the most is that he still charged me $45 for an issue he couldn’t solve not to mention he took my car for a joyride with out my permission. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They claim to be Honda and Acura specialists yet they can’t diagnose a simple problem.
