Disappointed after having a good first experience last year. Brought my car in for what I thought would be routine maintenance at 9 AM Wednesday morning. Was told I was “first in line” that day but never heard back. Called Thursday at about noon for an update, was told that they’d had a systems failure or something and were backlogged. Okay, a bit annoying that I had to call the next day for this update, but understandable. Wait the rest of the day, call again around 4 and was told that they’d had a chance to take a look and that he’s about to sit down and send over an invoice. Over 2 hours pass and I receive an invoice via text message for service totaling around $3,000, much more than I was planning on doing, so I inform them I’m going to pass and pick up the vehicle. I am then charged $100 for this. Seems completely unreasonable. I understand you have to pay your employees for their time, but considering how long it took, and what my expectations were going in, I will certainly never be back.

Let me start off by saying if you are looking for a trustworthy and great auto shop TMC Repair in Walnut is the place. Dont go anywhere else. First off the lobby is so nice they even have snacks,drinks,water etc for its customers. Martin the owner is front and center in talking to his customers and getting the correct diagnostic done on your vehicle. I had a huge issue with my car and thought I would have to finally let my vehicle go, but it just meant so much to me I had to get it fixed. Not only did he fix it, its running like if it were brand new. This shop is diffrent from every other place because you can tell Martin cares about his customers and there cars, he treats you like family. I am so glad I really looked around for a shop and found TMC. Stop going to other places that dont care about customer service. They dont have shops like this anymore. Martin Thank You and your crew so much. 👍👍 100 stars.
