I am very pleased with M Service, Inc. They are very professional and knowledgeable on older vehicles. When my car showed a problem with a BMW part they used, M Services keep me in the loop as they worked a solution that everyone was happy with. I also appreciate their in-depth review of my vehicle and prioritizing the list of items they feel should be addressed in the coming years.

I'm usually uneasy about taking my BMW anywhere other than the dealer, but M Service changed my mind. I brought in my M8 Competition for brake replacement, and they delivered exactly as promised, on time, at a price noticeably below what BMW quoted — and the final bill matched the quote with no surprises. What stood out most was their knowledge. I asked about a few other things I'd been considering for the car, and the advice I got was genuinely expert, not a sales pitch. The staff was courteous and patient with every question I asked. If you own a BMW and have been reluctant to go outside the dealer network, this is the shop. Highly recommend.
