I've been I've been working with this company for over 5 years I am extremely happy with their work I have sent almost 100 vehicles to be repair and I only have less than three cars that they returned I due to a minor issues. I value their honesty hard-working and the way they explain about the repairs time sometimes is not the best but being in the business I do understand it nothing it's perfectly on time as long as the job doesn't return it's our goal and the customer satisfaction is priority. I will continue doing business with Ramos transmission as long as I can thank you to Juan he's crew of course his father

I highly recommend this shop. The staff were responsive and helped me to understand my car better and the work that needed to be done. They provided me with options and helped me to save money. I had other issues with my car and I was able to contact the mechanic for assistance. They were honest with the timeframe and made me feel very comfortable as a woman getting work done on a car.

about two weeks ago I had my transmission rebuilt in my Buick Lecrosse CXL, they done a great job!I needed a front motor mount and wasn't aware of it. they called and made me aware of it,and told me that he's not trying to charge me to install it, because he has to remove it anyhow. he just want to give me the opportunity to replace it now,instead of having to pay to have it done later.they were very friendly as well.i would recommend them to anyone, and I'm usually not big on recommending businesses.
