Went to JJ Auto Service today initially to check out my alignment but also to check what the clicks sounds were in my car. I would hear the click every time I lose momentum and or shift to reverse and or drive. Anyways Jun helped me. We took it for a test drive. He said my car isn’t pulling. So the alignment wasn’t bad. He then pulled my car onto the lift and had me sit in it and shift the gears and the instantly found the problem. My axle was loose!! Jun fixed it in minutes! The service here was great! Jun was very honest and friendly. I was charged a reasonable price. I definitely would come back here to get my car serviced again!

I’ve been coming to JJ AUTO for my oil changes and wheel alignments, and I keep coming back for a reason — Jun and John are thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Most recently, I had adjustable rear camber arms installed and came in for an alignment. Jun took the time to work through some tricky adjustments and made sure everything was dialed in properly instead of just rushing through it. It’s rare to find a shop that actually takes pride in their work. Highly recommend JJ AUTO if you want honest service done with care!
