Kevin is a really professional mechanic and also extremely kind person. I seldom left reviews for merchants but this time I feel I owe him a good review. Today my car could not start up. So I towed it to Kevin’s place. I suspected it is the ignition switch broken since I tried using jump starter cable and it didn’t work. Kevin is the professional and after a short review he determined it might be the battery issue. He used his own starter kit to start up the car for me successfully. He also recommended me to buy the battery from Costco and he didn’t charge me anything. It is so kind of him and this absolutely distinguished him from the some other mechanics who just work for money.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about Kevin and his shop. I've been coming here for the past 2 decades to get my cars serviced and recommend friends and family come here for work as well. If you want a guy who's honest and upfront, Kevin's your guy. He stands behind his work and doesn't charge exorbitant rates for his work. Update: Kevin maintains his high standards and I'll still be recommending him to all who need a great honest mechanic.

Took my Camry in for a basic oil change and got hit with a bunch of unnecessary upcharges. The owner (Kevin) claimed my engine air filter and cabin air filter were “urgently” needed, without showing me the parts or offering any real explanation. They tried to charged me over $80 per filter (way above normal) and the final bill was nearly triple what I was quoted over the phone. When I asked about the charges, the owner got tempered and rude, acting like I was wasting his time. No breakdown, no transparency, just extremely rude. Felt disrespected and scammed. If you don’t want to get talked down to and overcharged for routine service, avoid this place.

This place is professional. They know what they’re doing and I’m gonna go here now on gonna give this place 1000 out of 1000. If that makes sense the owner of the mechanic he knows what he doing does not rip you off thank you again for taking care of my car and fixing the problem that I had. It wasn’t one problem.
