I'm sorry I can't describe all the services involved because I'm not much of a car person, but I can tell you this much: This summer I helped a deaf relative who inherited an old car that had been modified in some probably unwise ways by its previous owner. Also the car had been sitting neglected outdoors for three years -- in other words, it suffered massive abuse and neglect, and had multiple issues. It was a job that required a lot of re-checking when something still didn't seem quite right, and even taking a third look at a stubborn problem. Both Han and office manager Rachel listened to our needs and were very patient, willing and able with the communication barrier, responsive and conscientious at every step, and cooperative about making time for an unexpected problem. At one point when something else went wrong, they were very helpful with information about how to get the car back to the shop without further incident. I was impressed by the care taken and the willingness and determination to stick with it, and get to the source of the seemingly endless malfunctions.

Super busy shop so expect them to have your car for about a week. But totally worth it, their prices are completely fair and honest... Which is so hard to find in an auto shop nowadays. This shop for my import cars and I was referred by the mechanic next door at Flacos Auto repair, whom also comes highly recommended these are the guys.

He fixed my break light problem and even agreed to research how to get another part for me rather than saying he just didn't have it. Definitely recommend and will return in the future!
