I know this review is overdue, but XP Auto Center truly exceeded my expectations. I was in a horrible freeway accident in Los Angeles while driving back to San Diego, and we had only purchased the car a couple months earlier, so I was devastated. They did an incredible job with the repairs. The car looks and feels like it was never in an accident. The team was responsive throughout the process, the workmanship was excellent, and everything was repaired using new manufacturer parts. The paint match and finish are flawless. Allstate listed them as a preferred repair shop, and I am so glad I chose them. I feel completely safe driving my car again and could not be happier with the results. A special thank you to Nick for personally delivering our car back to us. With a baby at home and the car in LA, it would have been very difficult to retrieve it. That level of care meant so much to our family. Highly recommend.

I had deep scratches on the back right tire rim of my car. XP offered 2 options to choose from on how to repair/touch up paint service for a senior with limited finances and be able to afford the repair. Even the guy who did the repair did a great job! Will refer friends to this body shop.

Hit something on the freeway and it destroyed the front end of my car, called up XP auto center and they sent a tow truck within 30 minutes and the claim started within an hour. Very quick and got updates through out the claim process.

The shop is clean, professional, and well organized. Ash and Allen were the ones who helped me throughout the process, and they made everything smooth and stress-free. They helped me with the insurance claim and even set me up with Enterprise for a rental, which was a huge plus. Great quality work and great customer service.
