First of all, Rydell Jeep doesn’t get better than this place. The customer service, the responsiveness, the genuine excitement they had about helping me buy my daughter’s first car was overwhelming — in the best way. Everything ran smoothly. I wanted the purchase to be a surprise, so they offered to pull the car into the showroom where the lighting was perfect. By the time I finished paying, the car was already detailed and sitting center-stage. Big props to my sales consultant, Danny, for taking his time and doing everything right. Props to John in finance — efficient, kind, and zero nonsense. And Eddie, the sales manager, greeted me at the door and walked me through every step like a pro. I negotiated by phone with AJ, who was the exact opposite of every stereotype about car salespeople: honest, upfront, transparent, and absolutely no pressure. The whole team deserves an award. Seriously. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I recommend them 100%.
