came in for a quick patch, Marisela was so wonderful and nice and very very quick to make sure all was taken care of. And kudos for her going the extra step and having my tires all aired up and ready to go. Came in, shared a wonderful blessing conversation, and went out about the rest of my sunday. View on GoogleI recently visited this location after my tire pressure warning light came on. While the staff did check the tire pressure, I expressed that I did not believe the issue was simply low air pressure and requested a more thorough inspection. Initially, I was informed that everything appeared to be fine. However, based on my continued concerns, I asked that the vehicle be lifted so the tire could be examined more closely. After further inspection, a nail was found in the tire — something that was not identified during the initial assessment. While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately discovered, I was disappointed that my concerns were not taken more seriously from the outset. It required repeated requests on my part to receive a more comprehensive evaluation. I hope that in the future, greater attention will be given to customer concerns to ensure issues are fully addressed the first time. Hopefully someone reaches out.

Robert Murray, always explains everything. He also informs you of any Special offers or rebates! It is best to schedule an appointment for any of your car needs, such as oil change. New tires, alignment, breaks, air filter. If you want honest tire shop, this is the place!

Saving me from what could have been a terribly stressful end of day after losing a tire to the freeway. Convenient location, ease of access, and brilliant staff make this a 10/10 recommend.
