This company is by far the most efficient and professional company I’ve experienced since being in Los Angeles for the last five years. I’ve had horrible experiences with tires and vehicle maintenance with every company in Los Angeles They definitely aim to please. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Every staff member is welcoming. The customer service overall is excellent. Not only do they have excellent service the prices are reasonable. They offer a variety of services not only tires. I’ve found my vehicle maintenance company for my 18’ trailer and my personal pick up truck. It finally came time to replace the 8 tires on my RV. After doing a great deal of research and getting more lost… I reached out to Casey at Commercial tire for guidance. He offered sound advice and steered me back on path. This was a huge investment and with Casey’s help I am extremely happy with the end result. The price was right and the service was superb. Not only did I find a good company to work with, I gained a new friend!! He sent Irving to my house and all the work was done in my driveway. After shopping around Casey was the only person to give us a great price and customer service. We even got tires for our personal vehicle at a great price. View on GoogleI went there to get my tires changed, but they started finding faults with other parts of my trailer , even though I repeatedly told them I only wanted the tires changed. After changing the tires, they started demanding extra money. When I refused, they took the tires off again. Don't go there; the service is terrible, and their behavior is awful.
