I appreciate finding you as a couple of miles from my office. I very recently bought a 2013 SL550 from MBSan Diego and what they disclosed certainly doesn't match what your mechanics dicumented. I did purchase the platinum warranty and hoping to game plan a few covered key items. I will have you guys help plan with me the maintenance items for priority. I appears you are a very busy shop and one suggestion is keeping status updated. 15 min before you closed I found out you needed to keep it another day. Expensive ride home to santee. Also surprised that they could not manually lower the steering wheel a couple of inches as I do not use the raise/lower function, but all good.
