I rarely leave reviews, but today I feel I really need to say something about this guy. I came here for a repair, and everything was fine at the beginning. When it came time to pay, he said cash only, which I agreed to—no problem at all. However, my company requires a simple receipt to prove the repair was done. It didn’t need to be anything formal or for tax purposes; a handwritten receipt would have been more than enough. Everyone understands that. At that point, his attitude completely changed. He became very rude, started using foul language, and complained that I was wasting his time. I told him there was no need to do business this way, and he said he didn’t care, claiming he doesn’t need customers anyway. He even said he’s been doing this for 30 years—which honestly explains why he’s still stuck in that old, dirty, and run-down repair shop. I strongly advise others not to come here.

Jessie was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I came in for an oil change, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. The staff here are professional, courteous, and make you feel very comfortable. You can tell they really care about customer service. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated. I recently had my car serviced at Puente Hills Firestone and was lucky enough to have Rich as my mechanic. I'm usually wary of dealership service departments, but Richy completely changed my mind. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the recommended services and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. The work was done efficiently, and my car is running great. If you're bringing your car here, ask for Richy! You won't be disappointed!

This morning, I brought in my car because the tire pressure light went on, but the pressure in the tires was fine. Jesse checked the levels on all my tires himself and saw that they were all fine. He showed me how to reset the calibration from my car's computer settings (and turned off the alert on my dash) and then didn't charge me. Super nice guy. I'm really grateful. Thank you, Jesse!
