Oil and oil filter change (with my own oil). I also requested an air filter change and agreed on the price. They do only the Oil change, leaving me with the already bought Air Filter. He said he didn’t hear me. I said it’s ok, “can you do it please?”. He leaves and goes “next time.” No explanation. Very rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

If it’s something outside their scope, they’re honest about it and let me know without any BS. It’s rare to find a mechanic where you don’t walk away feeling ripped off, but this shop is one of the good ones—fair prices, honest work, and no pressure for unnecessary repairs. Five stars, no question.

Sak is always very kind and accommodating to my requests, and even helped me for free when my check engine light just needed a reset after oil change. Their prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend, they specialize in Nissan, Toyota, Honda
