Boat trailer tire blowout June 7, 2026. After experiencing a blowout on my boat trailer, I called Roseville Tire and asked if they offered mobile delivery service. I was told they did. I requested a 205/75R14 tire, and the employee informed me they had two available. I asked about pricing and was quoted $190 for one tire or $250 for two tires, including delivery and installation. I agreed to purchase one tire and was told the technician would arrive within an hour. The technician arrived on time, but instead of bringing new tires, he brought two used tires. Since I was stranded, I proceeded with purchasing one of the used tires for $190. I did not select the tire that was installed. The technician chose it himself from the two tires he brought. Within minutes of leaving, I noticed my trailer was bouncing unusually. I pulled over and discovered the tire had a slow leak. Upon closer inspection, the tire had a puncture near the sidewall, making it nonrepairable. I contacted Roseville Tire and spoke with Cindy. She informed me that the tire was used and that used tires carry no warranty. This was never disclosed during my phone call or through text before the installation. The first time I was informed there was no warranty was after I returned to report the defective tire. The only solutions offered were another used tire, which was in worse condition than the one already installed, or waiting for them to order a new tire. Unfortunately, neither option helped because my boat was stranded at the lake. I requested a refund and offered to return the defective tire they sold me. My request was denied. I was disappointed by the lack of disclosure that the tire was used, the failure to provide a roadworthy tire, and the refusal to refund a tire that failed almost immediately after installation. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled.

Saved my butt on the Sunday before Xmas. Not from the area but was around for family. Stopped at a Supercharger nearby to find a nail in the sidewall, obviously can't get home (and it's a Tesla, so no spare). These guys were one of the only shops open on a Sunday, they said they could have it dealt with quickly and they weren't lying. They gave me a few options, gave me the pros and cons. I was also near EOL on my tires so the "right" answer should have been a full new set, they basically suggested that as the last possible option. In short, they were honest, good people who didn't try the hard sell which I really appreciate. It's a small shop, just two bays, but that's ok - they get the job done fast. They got me back on the road without too much delay (I wasn't the only one with tire problems on a Sunday), gave me contact info for a roadside/mobile support team if I had any problems on the way home.... But importantly got me home and did so at a very reasonable cost.

Found these guys in a Emergency and let me tell you . They went above and beyond helping me find the problem on my tire and fixing the problem. In case of an emergency with your tire problems call these guys. They also go up to San Francisco in case of an emergency.

Brought my tire in to repair a nail hole. Took them 5 minutes and they charged me $20. Great service

So far so good, really there when we needed a last minute or late repair or switch.
