I have gotten wonderful work on my PT Cruiser for over 12 years at Redlands AE. Their work is impeccable, and their personal touch is evident in every contact we've had. Service was great. Took way too long, but the goals were accomplished, so I appreciate that. Not much of a veterans or police discount though. Most places offer 10-15%.

Came here on a recommendation. I was helped by a person naned Terry. At first, Terry seemed impressionable, but as I asked about the status of my vehicle, his attitude changed. I dont know if this person Terry is the owner or not, but when you represent a business, you should never argue with customers because customers have the legal and moral RIGHT to ask questions (and the status) about their vehicle. I was cordial and polite during our interaction, but he seemed defensive and even asked if I wanted to take my vehicle to another location. After he said that to me, I never looked at him and this company the same afterward. When you try to justify this kind of attitude to your customers its like saying they don't care and they don't need your money (but they obviously do need money to stay in business). Although many people praise this company, and they may even have subjectively "good" service, my experience didn't warrant this whatsoever. I will actively caution people about the business practices of this company and also recommend other repair shops.

We had a fantastic experience with Redlands Auto Electric! They diagnosed our car quickly, broke down the estimate and work to be done in an easy way to understand next steps, and fixed our issues in a timely manner! We would definitely come here again. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated the extent of care they gave to us.

I can’t recommend Redlands Auto Electric enough. I was dealing with a persistent low oil pressure sensor issue on my truck that multiple other auto shops couldn’t figure out. After replacing parts and still having the problem, I brought it here — and they finally diagnosed the real issue correctly. Terry explained everything so well and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. The communication was excellent from start to finish. No guessing, no unnecessary upselling — just honest diagnostics and professional work. Worth every penny. I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else.
