America's Tire

Edited. Below is my original post. I am now happy to say that though it took longer than I wished, I finally am satisfied with the results, thanks to Robert, store manager. Short version, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Details below. I bought a set of tires that I didn’t realize until getting home that they were manufactured two years ago. Tires deteriorate even sitting on a shelf. Considering America’s Tire recommendation getting new tires every six years, you’ve used up two years before out the door. Spoke to Ken on a Saturday about it, he said he’d call back on Monday due to no manufacturer availability on weekend. Never called back. Received a call from store manager Robert, and he said he’d order a new set of tires, check the dates, and call me back. Never called back. I called the store to speak to him but he was unavailable I was told. Spoke to Jose and said the new set of tires had come in with different manufacture dates, one from this year, three from last year. I said I’d prefer to go with a different brand that he recommended, but he said he only had three tires and would order the fourth and let me know when it was in. That was two days ago and I’ve yet to hear back from him. Unbelievable.

Been going to this location for over 7 years! Got a nail stuck in my tire (yet, again) and they were able to patch it up for me in about 1.5 hours - and they were extremely busy. Staff here is very professional, attentive and they move things along. Also, they give you options depending on your budget from economy to higher options. I recommend making an appointment but do note that at times it gets busy; there is also a nice place to sit and work on your laptop. Thanks guys!

Good price on quality tires. The wait was reasonable the employees friendly and the location is nice ( across from Peck Park ) . Complementary coffee sealed the deal. Also I wanted to mention the tires I ordered online arrived in 1 day! A store rep called me to confirm delivery for my next day appointment and it went off with out a hitch. Thanks guys

During my first visit, I had an appointment but had to wait for 30 min in line because they were taking a very long time for each customer, it was very slow. My second visit was a lot better – it was the end of the day and everything went smoothly. Everyone was really nice and they did an amazing job. After the great work done both times, I will definitely make this location my go-to for tires in San Pedro. Thank you!

I have bought tires and used America's Tire's services since 1985. The staff is exceptional. They all care about customer satisfaction. I stay where I am appreciated!
