Went to T&H Auto Repair in Pomona for an oil change and had such a good experience! I made my appointment through Instagram and about an hour before, they messaged me to confirm which was super nice. When I got there, they greeted me, did a quick walk-through of my car, and then walked me to the waiting area. The waiting area was super comfy with couches and a TV. Daniel gave us the remote and told us we could watch Netflix while we waited. It was also decorated for Halloween which was super cute, they even had a bowl of candy and Pokémon card packs for the kids! Service was quick and easy, payment was fair, and I was on my way. Highly recommend! If you want good customer service, a chill place to wait, and quick service, this is the spot.

Really great experience here. I came in with car issues and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure the job was done right. I first came here for an oil change when my friend recommended them and will not go anywhere else for car issues/maintenance/repairs. What I think speaks most to their character is that they don’t try to oversell you vs when you go to a dealership. There are no hidden charges, and they really make you a part of the decision process of your car which if you’re on a tight budget allows you to triage pressing repairs vs ones that won’t be an issue for years.
