I highly recommend going here if you want quick and outstanding costumer service. i seriously don’t have one complaint. I started off happy with Super Service of Pomona Valley, but the satisfaction didn't last. After my warranty company denied the full fix, Paul suggested a "bandage" repair, which I paid for out of pocket. I knew it wasn't a permanent solution, but I didn't expect it to fail in just two and a half weeks. The real issue here is the complete lack of communication and respect for a customer's time. The first time around, my car sat for a week before anyone even touched it. I had to call daily just to get basic updates—if I didn't play project manager, nothing moved. When the bandage fix started making noise after two weeks, I brought it back. It sat there for another full week, completely untouched, with no rental offered. To top it off, while my car was sitting there the second time, I noticed two declined charges of $200 each on my card from them—the exact amount they use for a rental car hold. This was attempted twice entirely without my knowledge or permission. On top of that, don't expect them to stand behind their temporary fixes. Save your time and your money, and go somewhere else.

Honesty and integrity is alive and well at Super Service of Pomona Valley. Paul is a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. He saved me from being taken advantage of by the dealership. They did an extremely thorough inspection and recommended service based on actual need rather than mileage. They are very knowledgeable and efficient with reporting their findings and explaining their services provided on the inspection and invoice. I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
