I had a freek brake failure. I had my car towed to Quality in the morning. I saw that there was several vehicles ahead of me. They replaced my calipers, rotors and adjusted my parking brake. They promised to be done that day and were. They even sent someone to pick me up so I didn't need a ride from a coworker. The brakes work better than they have in five years. They were fast and courteous. I highly recommend them as does AAA.
View on GoogleI had a very frustrating experience here and would not recommend this place. I went in for a smog check, forgetting that my battery had died the day before. Instead of explaining that the vehicle likely wasn’t ready for testing, they went ahead and ran the smog anyway. The test failed because multiple system monitors hadn’t completed, and they immediately reported the failure to the DMV. On top of that, the technician accused me of having my catalytic converter swapped out illegally, which was completely unexpected and honestly insulting. I’ve owned the vehicle for years and have never had any work done on it. He even offered to show me, but then wanted to charge me just to put the car on the lift — which reinforced my feeling that everything here is about money. After the failed test, I was told I still had to pay because they spent about 30 minutes on it. From my understanding, many places don’t charge if the vehicle isn’t ready and fails for that reason, so this didn’t sit right with me. To make matters worse, their payment system wasn’t working properly when I tried to pay electronically, which just added to the frustration. The technician then got visibly irritated with me for being unhappy and handed me off to another employee instead of resolving the issue professionally. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, transactional, and lacking basic customer service. Charging for a failed test, reporting it when the vehicle clearly wasn’t ready, and then getting frustrated with the customer is not how you treat people. I’m sure there may be a response to this, but this review reflects my personal experience.

View on GoogleI meant to give five stars, but I accidentally hit four. The bottom line is that the people are nice, friendly and professional. If you want the work done correctly, I recommend getting repairs at this shop. I am irritated when people expect to pay way less, and expect quality work. Not only is car repair labor intensive, it requires expert knowledge. Ask yourself this question: how would you feel if someone tried to lowball your labor? Now, resonate.
