Went to them for a simple rear brake job. Owner Muhammad tried to up charge me for over 2,000 worth of work and he said I needed it. He was caught red handed lying because I had gotten the vehicle fully inspected for a rebuilt salvage title the day before. None of the things that he said my car needed failed inspection. Everyone else was chill that I interacted with but just the fact that the owner would try and lie to me gives them an automatic two stars. He can't be trusted

If i could, I would give this visit this time 5 stars only because I didnt see Mohammed this time. But meeting Joseph and him breaking down the knowledge on my SUV and showing me my ugly beaten parts showed me that he wasnt overcharging me or just making up words. Plus he made comfortable there while I waited and just played on my switch. Ill be there in 3 months for my oil change Joseph. Early morning again.. you know what time it is!!!!

Getting my car fixed has took me on a whirlwind of an adventure and I would not go down this road again. When I got there, I came in for an oil change. Of course, as salesmen do, they recommended that I get my shocks replaced. I felt they took advantage of me being a woman because I later found that I was overcharged.. (that same day I was in, a woman expressing her anger because they didnt take her concern seriously.. i should have taken that as a sign). I left with a bill of almost 3k for all 4 shocks ... I take responsibility on that for not doing my research but it puts light on the idea: MECHANICS WILL OVER CHARGE YOU (like this one), DO YOUR REASEARCH. I took it again because there was still something wrong with it and they helped me come to a diagnosis but charged way too much to repair. I declined their offer. 9 months later, my front shock is completely dislocated and when I called to report it, there was no accountability and accused me of hitting something. My trust in them is non existent and will be taking my problem to someone else. These men are nice and knowledgeable but I regret taking my car here. My car has costed me a lot of energy and money after visiting them. That is just my experience

All the bad reviews here are real, unfortunately I found out the hard way. I left my car there for repairs with a full tank of gas and got it back with half a tank gone. The owner claims to be a man of God so i guess God told him to rob me. No apologies only excuses. Biggest mistake you'll make is giving this place the benefit of the doubt. If you value your money and honesty than go somewhere else.
