Took my 2013 Ford Raptor to Pomona Gear, couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sam was very professional, got me in the same day and rebuilt my diff overnight and had me on the road in the morning! Great work, great price, and you know you’re getting top notch service. He was recommended to me by multiple people and I’m so glad I followed the recommendation! Will definitely come back to him for any rear end work in the future, and referring my other Raptor buddies to him as well.

I am so amazed and in shock how fast Sam Fixed my truck. It's a lifted 3" truck 2012 2500 Dodger Ram Laramie Longhorn. I came in with bad differential seals and two bad Ujoints and bad drive shaft that needed bearing replacements. I dropped off my truck on Tuesday morning at 11 AM. And I'm thinking, okay, he'll call me in 3 to 4 days. I get a phone call the next day at 11 am, from Sam saying your truck is ready. I said, no way that's not possible. He said yes, we don't mess around here. I started laughing. I said, are you for real? You're not kidding and he responded. No, your truck is ready. I was in disbelief. You know what made me feel comfortable with Sam?And I'll be coming back and recommend him is when you don't ask for proof he showed me pictures videos of my truck getting fixed and show me the replacement parts from OEM PARTS. I TRULY RECOMMEND HIM THANK YOU SAM.

I took my Tacoma in for a rear differential repair and was informed that the pinion bearing and a few other components needed to be replaced. The work was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was extremely fair. Sam is very knowledgeable, honest, and clearly experienced at what he does. I really appreciated the transparency and quality of the work. My friends and I will definitely be coming back here for any future vehicle repairs. 2000 Silverado 5.3 rear end rebuild. Going from a 220,000 mile wore out, stock geared, open diff on 33’s to a TrueTrac locker re-geared with 410’s. Just as all the other reviews have stated Sam is a honest guy that gets his customers what they want/need quickly and effectively. Once my truck was apart I was faced with the choice to go back stock or go upgraded. Sam didn’t push either direction. He said it’s your choice the labor is the same so it’s up to you. Most places would try and talk you into more money and more work. But not here and I appreciate that honesty. Of course I went upgraded and I’m glad I did. My old girl is back in the road and actually running better than she ever has due to the locker and proper gearing for her oversized shoes. Completed the job in 2 working days, and that includes my decision making time and locker delivery time. Super quick work.Thanks Sam I will be doing business with you again.

Rear Differential repair! I found Sam’s shop Pomona Gear on maps/google after breaking down on my way back home to Arizona from L.A. hauling my Jayco Travel Trailer. My rear differential was howling and he test drove and nearly diagnosed it right away in the truck. He got back to the shop stayed open after hours to open up the rear diff to discover it was bad pinion bearings worn out and shaving off into the rear differential. He ordered the parts and got me fixed up and sent home in 24 hours. This man was amazing. The shop was amazing. My family and I were stranded trying to get home and he got me back on the road and full working order. The truck sounds beautiful. A true Godsend, thank you so much Sam for your care and attention and caring about my situation. He knew I just wanted to get home! By the way, his prices are amazing from everything I compared online and talking to people. This is the place you want to be!
