Nam and rafael did a great service in my car … i came for brake and light inspection… also they do mechanic work… very honest people … i recommend this bussines..

I’ve been here before a few times and my experiences have never been like what I encountered today. Before I pulled up I called to make sure the price was what I have always paid , $150, which was confirmed by the person who answered the phone. When I got there, I waited almost two hours for my brake and light inspection which was no big deal because I wasn’t the only person there. The problem started when I asked the owner if my truck was done and he, looking like someone pissed in his cornflakes told me it was done, I failed and it was $200.. When I asked him to clarify he repeated angrily. When I told him I called to verify the price and I’ve been there several times before and it’s always been $150 he said today it’s $200. When I asked him why I failed he said he didn’t have to tell me. At this point I’m livid! I’ve never experienced such disrespect and I’ve never had a problem here previously. Luckily a young man who also worked there was able to retrieve my paperwork and show me it was a tire lug missing that caused me to fail. When I asked if they had one available the owner told me he would sell me one and put it on for $40 then retest me for an additional $100!! At this point I’m feeling like maybe im being mishandled because I’m black, as no one else was talked to or treated in this manner. The young man stepped in again THANKFULLY and demonstrated professionalism, kindness and courtesy as he found a lug nut for my tire and retested my truck. I expressed my gratitude, paid $200, got my paperwork and was on my way. I work hard for my money and spend it where it is appreciated. I pray the owner was just having a bad day and isn’t truly who he showed himself to be, because it was very sad and disheartening to be treated with such negativity and disdain.

Nam is great. I needed a front windshield replacement on my Tundra. I received a very high quote from Safelite. I went to Nam he quoted me 1/3 of Thier price. He got the job done and for the price he quoted me. I have been coming here for my smog checks . He did a great job on my Tundra.

Great place to get your smog check. I will only bring my vehicles here for smog. They are quick and wont having you waiting a long time, even when they are busy they still work fast. Good prices as well.

Do not bring your car here. Due to Nam’s negligence, our car slipped from his lift on Bay 3, called us to explain what happened. Didn’t receive any apology but instead said “yeah your missing another part, it’s going to be an extra $100”. He completely dismissed the part where he damaged our car. Went to the shop to see the damages, we told him we were going through insurance and he went off. Told us how we’re going to be screwing him over if we claim insurance. Mind you, his worker told us how he has been telling Nam (owner) to fix the lift and he didn’t want too. He continuously told us he would pay only $3k for the damages, which the body shop quoted us $4,800. He said that’s too much money and to just get the parts from the junk yard lol because he would be losing out on money. Like what? On top of still paying him for the repair we went for. He did not compensate for anything even after telling us he would give us the repair for free. Once it came down to it, he said he needed payment and refused to give us our car keys. We got the cops involved, everything is such an inconvenience that shouldn’t have had happened form the beginning. PLEASE do not take your car here and save yourself the headache. At the end, he said the lift was only missing a bolt because he kept putting our car up there. If it was only a bolt, he should’ve fixed it from the beginning. He needs to retire or run better business practices.
