I was hesitant to provide a 1 star review because I like to give people a chance but Henry's failed me twice. First they nearly damaged my daughter's engine after they failed to put back the oil cap after an oil change. I'm learning now this has happened often with this shop. Oil splattered everywhere and the check light engine turned on. His staff was apologetic, but Henry kept dodging responsibility and never offered an apology. Second was after years of owning my car and never having an issue with the under engine cover, they serviced the axle and removed the cover and didn't secure it properly. It partially fell and scraped so badly that it was destroyed. When I took it to him and explained that they were the ones under that section of the car he said it happens all the time with cars and blew me off. Like the first incident, he never provided a solution or apology. All this happened in a short span of time. He lures you in with "God Bless" and friendly banter but doesn't accept responsibility and is rude when confronted. Truly disappointed. They lost two customers. This is my first poor review of any company but I was so bothered by the treatment that I felt compelled to. Don't risk taking one of your most expensive investments here. It's not worth it.

I’ve been to Henry’s a few times and every visit has been fantastic. They are so polite and you can’t beat the prices. As a single woman, sometimes automotive repair places try to sell you services you don’t need or unnecessary high prices. Henry’s always has the best service and prices I can afford - and what’s more valuable than that: I know I can trust them. They have a lifelong customer! Jordan and Yolie took care of me today and were all smiles, per usual :)

Instead of being helpful or answering questions, they were dismissive and had a very poor attitude toward customers. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and unfortunately this place completely lacks it. I would not recommend coming here if you expect respectful communication or professional service.
