Longtime Repeat Customer: Spark plugs were replaced. Mike, Nong and M did their usual CONSISTENT, EXCELLENT, QUALITY job with professional courtesy and customer service. They know what they're doing. I was in and out seamlessly. Truck runs better now at 117000 miles than when original spark plugs were new with zero miles! 10 stars across the board. 2019 4Runner.

Mike helped me out and treated me with a lot of respect from the start—you can tell he’s hardworking, honest, and truly cares about his customers. Even on a busy day like MLK Day, Mike was working and still got to me quickly. He offered a free diagnostic and said if it didn’t fix the issue, he wouldn’t charge me, which really showed his credibility. He also gave me the cheapest price available, especially after I had already spent a lot of money trying to figure the problem out myself. I knew what might be wrong but didn’t have access to the advanced Snap-On diagnostic tools they have. While waiting, I spoke with people in the lobby who said they’ve been coming here for over 20 years and that Mike always uses the dealer warranty when possible instead of chasing a quick buck. What stood out most was the respect. Being young, people often assume I don’t know about cars, but Mike explained everything clearly, confirmed all details with me, and never talked down to me. Honest, down-to-earth, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back.

View on GoogleI've been bringing my cars to Norm & Mike's shop, way back in the day when it was known as "Chino Hills Nissan Service". Even after all these years, the service is still top notch. Bring them your car, they'll diagnose the issue, give you an estimate and service your car/truck. If they spot another issue, they'll give you a call and recommend options. Yeah, there are cheaper shops out there, but at Norm & Mike's, the work is warrantied and they stand behind it. They are found next to the Rio Rancho Towne Center in the small auto center. The area can get jam packed at times, so drive slowly.
