Arroyo Tires

Bought two tires for my 2022 Mercedes Benz GLC300. Installed them in the back since it’s a rear wheel drive car. 2.5 months and 10k miles later they are completely worn out!!! Contacted Arroyo tires about it and they wanted original purchase receipt and alignment records to review any warranty claim even thou DOT serial number, dealer information and date of purchase was provided. Tires have worn out evenly and they were installed in the back to definitely not an alignment issue. Definite do not recommend buying Arroyo tires!!! REPLY TO OWNER: I do not have an original receipt for the tires; I didn't think I would ever need it, I thought I was buying a quality product. I do know that I bought them on 9/1/2025 from Chema's tires in Bellflower. I tried calling them but they refused to give me a copy of the receipt. Also, when I was filling out your warranty form for your so-called "review process" the website was not allowing me to upload any pictures for the worn out tires. It was not until I discovered this and emailed the company about it that the website was eventually fixed and I was able to submit my warranty form with pictures. It seems like that website issue should have been caught by the most rudimentary QA website check. My question is, before I discovered this issue, how would other Arroyo tires customers submit their warranty forms since uploading pictures/photos is a required field and would not allow anyone to submit any warranty forms??? I will upload an additional photo showing the issue you had with your warranty forms.

Purchased 4 Arroyo Tamarock A/T tires for a GMC pickup. They had a slight vibration from day 1 and kept getting worst every month, then they started to show bulging on the sidewalls and vibration intensified. They did not last 10k miles and less than 1 year. Also these tires are extremely dangerous when road is wet. These tires should be banned and recalled.

Purchased set of 4 through Walmart had reputable company mount and balance them . They had to rebalance them 3 times and got worse evrytime. Had to remove them and purchase 4 new other name brand tires. Less then 600 miles. Tires are junk . Do not buy them they are substandard. It cost me another set of tires . Wish I could give a negative number.

Have been a loyal customer of Arroyo Tires for years!! Have sold thousands of these tires over the years. However. I bought a set for my SUV, sent in the warranty paperwork (and pictures) as I have done forever. My tires lasted less than 5000 miles!!!! Warranty is 50,000 miles. I got 5000. Sent customer service and sales over 10 emails, never a reply. So much for buying or selling this brand again in my shop!!! I won't even put them on a customer vehicle if they bring them in. I refuse to associate with this company again. They don't want to respond or reply for a warranty, and ignore a valued customer AND distributor of their product.....I only will recommend Michelin and Continental tires to my customers from now on. You get what you paid for. QUALITY over cheap.

These tires suffered inner sidewall delamination and catastrophic failure after only 10,000 miles. One exploded at highway speed, nearly causing an accident and destroying a wheel. When the remaining tires were removed, the shop found bulging on the inner sidewalls, meaning additional failures were likely just waiting for their turn. What followed was an even bigger failure: the warranty process. For nearly three months (September 12 through December 4), I jumped through every hoop imaginable. Maintenance records, rotation history, DOT numbers, mounted photos, sidewall photos, damage photos—everything they requested was provided. Responses took weeks, sometimes over a month, and the entire process felt designed to wear customers down rather than resolve legitimate claims. The final verdict was a denial for "improper inflation." No proof. No supporting data. Just a convenient excuse. My vehicle is a Tesla with an active tire pressure monitoring system that would immediately alert me to a significant pressure issue, yet somehow the company concluded improper inflation was the cause without providing any evidence whatsoever. Then came the best part. After denying the claim, they offered a "goodwill" discount on replacement tires. When I asked what that discount actually was, they stopped responding. I've emailed every month since January 2026 asking for details about this supposed goodwill credit and have received absolutely nothing in return. A warranty is only valuable if a company honors it. In my experience, this one appears to exist primarily as a marketing tool. The process involved months of delays, requests for endless documentation, a denial based on an unproven claim, and then complete silence when I tried to follow up. The tires failed. The warranty process failed. Customer service failed. The only thing that worked reliably was taking my money.
